I am passionate about transformational coaching because it has changed my life. Aside from the transformative power of Jesus, through the power of the Holy Spirit in my life, coaching has been a tool that has helped clarify my identity in Christ. Like many, childhood trauma established some unhealthy and oftentimes, destructive beliefs that caused me to live a life bound to fear and anxiety. Coaching has helped me discover false narratives, demystify fears and articulate my core values. My life is now full of hope, adventure and boldness! It is because of the difference it has made in my life personally, that I am passionate about helping others through transformational coaching.
